The total area of Vetprom JSC is around 60,7 thousand m2. . Upon this land, there are the buildings of Separated producing “Medical products” , workshop “Metal packaging” with two areas for producing, warehouses for raw materials, packing materials and ready production, administrative building, garage and other auxiliary buildings.

Manufacturing capacity

Manufacturing workshops of Vetprom JSC are installed and equipped with high technology machinery, equipment and assembly lines. Over 80% of them are delivered from approved in industry world renowned companies from Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and England.

Company has automatic technological lines for producing different species of medicinal forms:

Sterile products, aseptically prepared and products, sterilized in their final package.

Ampoules from 1 to 10 ml
Glass vials from 50-100 ml

Unsterile medicinal forms.

Semi hard medicinal forms- gels, ointments
Liquids for internal use
Hard medicinal forms-powders and tablets

Intramammary products in individual syringes

Warehouse economy

Vetprom JSChas own warehouse economy with separated premises for storage different species raw materials and packing materials and different groups ready production, conforming requirements of ISO and GMP. Warehouses have suitable shelves, lifting equipment and measuring tools, allowing: accepting, sampling, quarantine, storage and release of row materials. Premises are air-conditioned and the parameters of sphere are followed from automatic system for control and notifications of the deviations.

Human Resources

In the firm work workers and specialists, 30% of them have higher education, whose professional skills, responsibility to work and skills for teamwork are warranty for success. For increasing professional qualification of their personnel, company invests significant funds and develops programs for training by visits to various specialized courses and seminars.

Management of quality and quality control

Vetprom JSCaccepts ISO 9001:2008 as System for management of quality. Within accepted System for management of quality is integrated system for Good manufacturing practice, pursuant with requirements of Volume 4 „Good manufacturing practice (GMP) Guidelines”.

Company has certificate for System for management of quality ISO 9001:2008 and Sertificate for Good manufacturing practice according to Directive 2001/82/ EU.

Department “Quality control” provides the control of all varieties of productions, monitoring of premises, testing of final raw materials, intermediate and final products. The department has contemporary physic-chemical laboratories and Microbiological complex. In the sector work high qualified and experienced specialists.

Intellectual property

Product portfolio of Vetprom JSC includes registered and released to the market over 100 medicinal products for veterinary and human usage, cosmetic products, food supplements and aluminum packages, including 44 reserved commercial brands.
